The disclosure
Some links on this page may earn Finance Notch a commission if you sign up. That never changes the order: rankings come from the published criteria and the calculator, and providers cannot pay for position.
Where you will see it
On any page with an affiliate or sponsored link, the disclosure appears near the top, before the first such link, not only in the footer. Affiliate and sponsored links are marked rel="sponsored" in the page code. Every other link to a provider is marked nofollow and goes to the page the figures were read from.
At launch, no link on this site earns a commission.
What it cannot change
